The 19-year-old joins The Blades following a spell with their FA Women’s Championship rivals Lewes. The player made six appearances for The Rookettes in a little over half a season at The Dripping Pan.
Miller spent her youth in the academy systems at both Manchester City and Manchester United. The youngster briefly made the senior bench for Manchester City but she was never seen in the first team squad at Manchester United. The player will now be keen to show what she can do with new club Sheffield United.
After completing her move to Sheffield United, Miller said “I’m really happy to be here. All I’ve heard is good things about the club and to have the chance to work under Neil (Redfearn) with the experience he has, hopefully he can help me with my experience in the game.
“My first impressions have been really positive. I’ve really enjoyed training with the girls, they’ve been really welcoming and I’ve loved the training and the whole environment here.
“The playing standard here is really good. There’s so many players here with a lot of experience who I can learn from and take as much from all the players and staff as possible.”
Miller will not be eligible to play for Sheffield United this weekend when they face West Ham United at Bramall Lane in the fourth round of the Vitality Women’s FA Cup.
