Lazio midfielder Matteo Guendouzi enlisted the reasons why he’s enjoying his time at the Italian capital side. The 25-year-old joined the Biancocelesti in the summer of 2023, and following a turbulent reunion with Igor Tudor, he has now established himself as a pillar in Marco Baroni’s playing system.

Many great players were not called up for this international break. I am trying to remain myself and help the team. It is very difficult to make space for yourself amidst the great competition.
