Nottingham Forest have been dealt a blow in defence, as they will be missing Willy Boly for up to three months and Scott McKenna for six to eight weeks after the pair suffered injuries against Fulham last weekend.
After a mass-rebuild of the playing squad, Forest will be left with only two senior centre-backs available to manager Steve Cooper for the foreseeable future, according to John Percy of the Telegraph.
Luckily for the Reds, three wins in their last five games has given themselves some breathing room in the lower reaches of the Premier League table, now six points clear of the drop-zone.
That form could be put to the test in the coming weeks however, as their rearguard is stretched to its limits.
