Nottingham Forest have released a statement criticising the officials after their defeat to Everton on Sunday.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s side were beaten 2-0 on Sunday to sit just a point above Luton in 17th place with four games of the season to go.
But the City Ground side were heavily critical of the referee and his assistants following three potential penalty calls during the game.
Immediately after full time, the official Forest Twitter account insisted they “cannot accept” such decisions and “will consider” their options.
This comes just a few weeks after Forest hired Mark Clattenburg as a referee consultant.
