Forest are two points behind Burnley but were the first to beat leaders Newcastle United last week. It is a chance to gain ground on the Magpies, who are busy in the League Cup at Fylde. Wolves will go fourth in the table, should they defeat visitors Stoke City.

Oxford United will move up to fourth in the Southern Premier if they avoid defeat at Plymouth Argyle, Milton Keynes Dons meet Cheltenham Town in a mid-table tussle. Two of the top four – Ipswich Town and Portsmouth – play for a semi-final slot in the League Cup.

Division 1 Midlands’ top four play among themselves, with leaders Loughborough Lightning home to Boldmere and third-placed Peterborough United playing Sporting Khalsa.

Barnsley WFC and Hull City sit first and third respectively in Division 1 North but put aside their promotion push, as they focus on a League Plate quarter-final tie.

Worthing go to AFC Sudbury and Norwich City take on Actonians, with an opportunity to make up some ground on Division 1 South East leaders AFC Wimbledon.

Exeter City take a break from their perfect form at the top of Division 1 South West, to test their third-tier credentials away at Billericay Town in the Plate.

In the same competition, Sutton Coldfield Town also go up against more senior opposition in Derby County.
