Lewis Capaldi CSC, Cork…

Founded in 2019 by an anonymous group of slightly anarchic Celtic fans looking for a natural home and it seemed like a good idea while drunk in the Squirrel Bar in The Gallowgate on trophy day.

They toyed with changing it to Paolo Nutini CSC after bumping into him in the Celtic store, but as Lewis Capaldi was following their social media page, it felt a bit rude.

They are based primarily in two bars, Harp Bar in Cork and Squirrel Bar in The Barras, but flirt with Gallagher’s Bar, 1888 Bar (Turnstiles) Murphy’s, and Malone’s, depending on who has the best tunes on.

Lewis Capaldi has been pictured with their club badge, so they are claiming him as their most famous member. They have never made a European trip, as they are not that organised.

All membership fees go to charities, as does the profits from any merchandise. They are supporting charities in Ireland and Glasgow. They have chosen a club motto of ‘Celtic, Sesh, and Rebs,’ as they feel it sums up the matchday experience for so many Celtic fans, who were formed in The Squirrel and always supported by Big Skin.

They felt this motto was a fitting tribute to him, and they make sure that on every visit, they go in to remember the big man. They are on a mission to get Lewis Capaldi in there with them after a game.

The first venom is on them, Lewis; you know it makes sense.
