Milan manager Paulo Fonseca will feel even more pressure at the club after being shown a red card for dissent on Sunday.

San Siro fans welcomed Roma to town and the Serie A clash has delivered the drama after only 45 minutes.

Fonseca was initially cautioned for yelling at the referee before being sent off just before half-time when Milan thought they deserved a penalty.

He left the game fuming and cameras caught him using profane language in the aftermath of the red card.

To make matters even worse, Italian news outlets reported before kickoff that the club had 'already agreed' to bring in Sergio Conceicão as the new manager.
