Leicester City defender Wesley Fofana was stretchered off with a leg injury in a 3-2 friendly win over Villarreal on Wednesday.

A scissor challenge by Villarreal forward Nino caught Fofana in the second-half, with Leicester leading 3-0.

Fofana immediately called to the bench after the sickening injury, with physios and paramedics rushing on.

Goals from Caglar Soyuncu, Harvey Barnes and Ayoze Perez gave the Foxes a handy lead in front of 17,000 fans.

Nino and Alejandro Millan both scored for the Spanish side but it wasn't enough to steal a draw.
