Real Madrid’s interest in Kylian Mbappé has finally been confirmed by the club’s president Florentino Pérez.
The France international appeared set for a move to the Santiago Bernabéu last summer before signing a new three-year contract with Paris Saint-Germain.

But, filmed speaking to a fan on Saturday, Pérez confirmed that Los Blancos are still keen on a deal for Mbappé … but don’t expect it to happen soon.
When asked whether Madrid would be signing the 24-year-old, Pérez replied “Yes … but not this year.”
Carlo Ancelotti’s side are already on the verge of confirming Borussia Dortmund playmaker Jude Bellingham’s arrival in a €134m transfer.
