Bayern Munich face Schalke on Sunday in a top versus bottom clash in the Bundesliga.
Hansi Flick’s side have the chance to go seven points clear of second place RB Leipzig with a win over Christian Gross’ men.
Here’s what he had to say to the press on Friday.
“[He] is out, he felt something muscular against Augsburg. We don’t want to take any risks. Otherwise, we have everyone available. But we’ll decide who travels after training”
“We’ll have to get used to that. We have to be aware that some of the passes might not be so accurate. But that will also be the case for them. We need to be ready to pounce on their mistakes.”
“We’re not going to use that as an excuse. We want to win every game at FC Bayern. You see in every league that teams are having problems. It’s not easy in this situation.”
“How we plan the weeks will depend on how the games go. We’ll see who needs an extra day, who needs to do more. We want to handle these things individually in weeks like this.”
