Everton Ribeiro, Rodrigo Caio, Léo Pereira, Gustavo Henrique, Matheus Thuler, Willian Arão, Renê, Gabriel Batista, Pepê, and João Gomes have all completed their required 10 days of quarantine after testing positive for coronavirus.

Under the CBF medical protocol, all of these players are now free to play against Athletico-PR as long as they are asymptomatic.

At the moment, Thiago Maia, Pedro, and Pedro Rocha are the only Flamengo first-team players yet to test positive, so they will be looked after with extreme care.

For the duel with Athletico-PR this Sunday, Diego Alves is still a big doubt because he is recovering from a shoulder problem while Gabigol, João Lucas, and Pedro Rocha are absent because of injury.

Rodrigo Caio and Everton Ribeiro will remain in the Brazil squad for their upcoming World Cup qualifying matches against Bolivia and Peru, so they will not feature in the upcoming matches against Sport, Vasco, and Goiás.

The same applies to Mauricio Isla and Giorgian De Arrascaeta, who have been called up by Chile and Uruguay, respectively.
