Flamengo include new signings in 50-man Copa Libertadores squad

Flamengo have submitted a 50-man squad list ahead of the start of their 2022 Copa Libertadores campaign.

Recent signings Pablo Castro, Ayrton Lucas and Santos have been included, and all three will hope to see action in a Rubro-Negro shirt soon.

Defender Rodrigo Caio remains on the sidelines with no update on when he will return from injury. Nevertheless, the 28-year-old is also on the list.

Flamengo are scheduled to depart for Peru on Sunday night, ahead of their group stage opener against Sporting Cristal in Lima on Tuesday.

The Mengão will no doubt be looking to put the disappointment of losing the Campeonato Carioca final to Fluminense quickly behind them.
