Fixtures involving the Real Madrid players called up to represent their national teams | OneFootball

The following Madrid players have been called up for international matches in November. Carvajal, Joselu (Spain), Modrić (Croatia) and Alaba (Austria) play qualifiers for Euro 2024. Rodrygo (Brazil) and Valverde (Uruguay) face 2026 World Cup qualifiers. Rüdiger (Germany) plays two friendlies.

Spain Cyprus-Spain (1-3) Spain-Georgia (3-1) Carvajal and Joselu have been called up to represent Spain, who have already qualified for Euro 2024, ahead of two more qualifiers for the competition. In the first, Joselu was one of the most outstanding players in the win against Cyprus, scoring the team's third goal. Carvajal came on in the second half. The Real Madrid defender played the whole of the second game against Georgia and the forward wasn't involved.

Austria Estonia-Austria (0-2) Austria-Germany (Tuesday, 21 November, 8.45pm) Austria, who have also qualified for the European Championship, have named Alaba in their squad for a qualifier and a friendly. The Austrians beat Estonia convincingly in Tallinn. The madridista provided the assist for his team's second goal. They will then play a friendly against Rüdiger's Germany.

Croatia Latvia-Croatia (0-2) Croatia-Armenia (Tuesday 21 November, 8.45pm) Modrić captains the Croatian national team for two European Championship qualifiers. In the first, they beat Latvia in a match in which the madridista started and played 86 minutes. They will then host Armenia at the Maksimir Stadium in Zagreb.

Germany Germany-Turkey (2-3) Austria-Germany (Tuesday 21 November, 8.45pm) Rüdiger goes into two friendlies with Germany. He played the full 90 in the first game but was unable to win against Turkey. He will then travel to Austria to play against Alaba's Austria.

Brazil Colombia-Brazil (2-1) Brazil-Argentina (Wednesday 22 November, 1.30am) Vini Jr. and Rodrygo both played in the defeat to Colombia in the first World Cup qualifier of the international break. Rodrygo played until the 69th minute, while Vini Jr. played until the 26th minute after coming off injured. Brazil host Argentina in their second game.

Uruguay Argentina-Uruguay (0-2) Uruguay-Bolivia (Wednesday 22 November, 12:30am) Valverde has two World Cup qualifiers with Uruguay. His national team beat Argentina away in the first, in which the madridista played the full 90. They will then go on to play Bolivia at home.
