The Leeds United Foundation are inviting supporters to get involved in the various fitness programmes and sessions they are running to help keep people fit during 2025.

As we've headed into a new year, the club's official charity are hoping to encourage people in the local community to stay fit and prioritise their health and wellbeing, with a number of different weekly sessions available to join.

Please see below the options available:

Fit Generations: Taking place every Thursday at Elland Road from 10am to 10.45am. These sessions are free for participants to attend, and involve a variety of chair-based exercises for the older generation and for those who struggle with mobility.

Working Out Together: Taking place every Monday evening (6pm to 7.30pm) and Thursday evening (6.30pm to 7.30pm) at Elland Road. The Monday night session costs £6 to attend, with the slightly shorter session on a Thursday costing £5 to attend. Working Out Together is a circuits-style training session, with coaches able to cater exercises to all participants dependent on fitness levels and ability.

All of the sessions are hosted and delivered by qualified coaches from the Leeds United Foundation, and aside from the health benefits of staying fit, attending sessions with like-minded individuals and supportive coaches can also help benefit other areas of your life, including your mental well-being, especially for those who may suffer with social isolation or those who lack motivation.
