Fazzini is expected to leave Empoli during the summer transfer window following Empoli’s relegation to Serie B. Roberto D’Aversa’s side finished the 2024-25 campaign in 18th place, missing out on safety by three points.
According to reports from Sky Sport Italia, Fiornetina are hoping to close a deal for Fazzini for a price in the region of €10m plus bonuses.
La Viola are hoping to strike quickly in order to beat the expected competition from a number of unspecified top flight sides.
