Fiorentina director general Alessandro Ferrari confirms the arrival of Tariq Lamptey from Brighton, but denies a Dani Ceballos approach, and insists Pietro Comuzzo will stay.
The Viola are visiting Torino at 17.30 UK time (16.30 GMT).
The transfer deadline is tomorrow, so the directors, players and coaches are inevitably asked more about the market than the matches.
They secured Moise Kean to a new contract and raised the release clause significantly.
“He repaid us on the field for the faith we put in him last season, so we tried with the President to ensure we’d keep him, he wanted to stay, so it was pretty simple,” Ferrari told Sky Sport Italia.

Fiorentina are also still bringing in new players, as defender Lamptey has arrived from Brighton and Hove Albion for €6m plus add-ons.
There are also reports that they have been offered the opportunity to sign Ceballos from Real Madrid.
“No, we are not interested in Ceballos. With Lamptey, we have practically completed the squad, there are still a frenetic 24 hours left, but we are fine. The only changes might be releasing some youngsters who want more playing time.”
Comuzzo had been proposed a huge salary and €35m transfer to Al-Hilal in the Saudi Pro League, but he turned it down, while there were also reports Atalanta were coming forward for the defender.
“Comuzzo is playing today, he is with us, and we have not received anything from Atalanta. I can say he is staying, then if something happens and he asks to leave, the scenario might change, but I don’t see that happening,” concluded the Fiorentina director.
