Fiorentina close to sealing Cabral move

Fiorentina are now one step away from sealing the signing of Basel striker Arthur Cabral.

Marco Conterio has reported that while negotiations between Basel and La Viola are ongoing for the Brazilian striker, the player has already given his approval to the move and he would be happy to play for the Florence-based club from this month onwards.

He was long in the crosshairs of the club, who have acted quickly to replace Dusan Vlahovic, who is close to heading to Juventus this month itself.

To move to Fiorentina, Cabral has already refused offers from Brazil and from the Middle East. The two clubs are talking about a deal which will see Fiorentina pay €14 million plus bonuses of €2 million.
