Final details remain in Milan’s move for Paulo Fonseca | OneFootball

Serie A giants Milan are now in the final details of their move for Lille boss Paulo Fonseca.

The Rossoneri seem destined to land Fonseca this summer, with Stefano Pioli set to depart and he managed his last game for the club yesterday.

Daniele Longo has reported that the final decision has been made by the Rossoneri and Fonseca is the chosen one, having met a range of requirements that the club wanted in a potential new boss. Fonseca’s ability to work with young players and create an offensive style has appealed to Milan.

The expectation is that Fonseca will sign a three-year deal at Milan and he is expected to earn €) million per season at the club. That deal will be signed in the next few days and the move is at the final stages, with the nature of the deal yet to be decided as he could sign an initial two-year deal and then have an option for the third.
