While Belgium and Brazil are holding firm in first and second place, the big news is that England have leapfrogged world champions France into third.
Elsewhere, Portugal and Spain have swapped positions, with Denmark entering the top 10.
The biggest climbers in the entire ranking are Libya, who have moved up 12 places.
While Kosovo are up to 109th on the list – their highest ever position.
