The latest FIFA women’s world rankings have been revealed on Friday.
There have been four international fixtures since the last list but Spain remain in first place having won all of their EURO 2025 qualifiers so far.
France have leapfrogged above England into second place whilst Germany have gone into fourth place.
The USA, so often the world leaders, are down in fifth place having just hired Emma Hayes as their new coach.
Sweden and Japan remain sixth and seventh respectively whilst Canada, Brazil and North Korea make up the top 10.
