Fifa have revealed the three names in the frame for both the Menâs and Womenâs Coach of the Year award.
Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has been included in the shortlist after he guided the Citizens to another Premier League title last time out.
Thomas Tuchel has also been named as he joined Chelsea at the start of 2021 and saw them past City to win the Champions League in Porto.
Rounding off the list is Roberto Mancini, who was in charge of Italy as they beat England at Wembley to claim the Euro 2020 crown.
Barcelona boss LluĂs CortĂ©s makes the final three after guiding his team to an impressive treble which included a dominant Champions League victory.
Emma Hayes has also been named after Chelsea reached the Champions League final and won the Womenâs Super League title.
Finally, Sarina Wiegman rounds out the list for her work with Englandâs national team in recent months which included a record 20-0 win over Latvia.
