FIFA 23 is just around the corner, and now EA have revealed the Serie A Player of the Month (POTM) nominees for August 2022.
EA are for the first time ever letting fans have a say on who will be crowned the Serie A POTM. The Italian first division is an immensely popular league in FIFA. They possess some fantastic talent in the game, with the likes of Theo Hernandez, Paulo Dybala and Paul Pogba all involved within the league – which is why Player of the Month SBCs are massively popular for the Serie A.
This will no doubt be one of the first major SBCs to be released in FIFA 23, so people are massively excited about it.
But who are the nominees? Check them out below.
They are as follows:
FIFA cult hero Paulo Dybala is the first up. He’s really hit the ground running for Jose Mourinho‘s side after his arrival this season. He’s a very popular pick amongst FIFA fans and will, in our opinion, most likely take this vote.
However, he is challenged by some excellent names. Lautaro Martinez has always been notoriously excellent in FIFAs and we anticipate this will be no different for FIFA 23.
Dusan Vlahovic also features, who could certainly be in with a shout. The Serbian is one of the new ambassadors within the game so we’re anticipating a very overpowered card for him. A POTM will only make him even better.
As mentioned previously, EA are allowing fans to vote on who their winner is. If you’d like to vote for your favourite, you can do so by following the link right here.
The winner will receive a POTM item in the game, available via an SBC.
