FIFA 23 is just around the corner, with the chance to start from scratch in Ultimate Team one of the more exciting aspects of a new game.

The start of the game sees gamers having to grind out the new objectives to try and get lucky in an untradeable pack to find a marquee player to whack into your team from day one.

Although some will smash the FIFA Points to open packs to try their luck and build up enough coins to give them freedom to get a head start over everyone else.

FIFA 23’s ideal starter team revealed by Castro

Castro is one of the biggest streamers of EA Sports’ hit football simulator, accumulating a ridiculous amount of subscribers to his Twitch channel, with thousands tuning in live every time he streams on the platform.

He has named his ideal squad at the start of the new title in the franchise, with some big names thrown in there, making the most of the new chemistry system to get full chemistry on his side.

The backline kicks off with Hugo Lloris, Jeremie Frimpong, Raphael Varane, Eder Militao and Tyrell Malacia. His midfield three sees Konrad Laimer, Christopher Nkunku and Federico Valverde. A Brazilian trio lead his attack with Vinicius Jr, Gabriel Jesus and Antony.

FIFA 23 market

Obviously, for the average gamer, that sort of team won’t be attainable for a long time, with a few weekends of FUT Champions and Division Rivals rewards needed to maybe afford just Vinicius Jr who is surely going to be spenny at the start of the game.

FIFA 23 will be the first game where the Ultimate Team market is cross platform, with both Xbox and PlayStation gamers having the exact same market. With no previous data to call upon, we don’t know if that will slash prices or drive them up.

There’s no hiding from the fact that Castro will be splashing the cash on FIFA Points to open a stupid amount of packs within hours of the game being released, giving him a huge amount of coins compared to the rest of the playerbase.
