América face Pumas in the Clasico Capitalino and, with Ortiz’s side in dire need of a good result, the Argentine manager has revealed he won’t be afraid to mix things up.

“The boys know its a derby and we have to treat it as a derby. I won’t hesitate to put in the players who think they are in a better frame of mind.

“I’m happy we will have had a full week to prepare because there are things that I didn’t like [in the last game] and we need to keep improving. Saturday, when we face Pumas, our best team will be on the field.”

Las Águilas are currently languishing in 14th place after six games, having only picked up two wins so far this season.
