Fenerbahçe send message to Real Madrid star Arda Güler ahead of UCL final | OneFootball

Turkish giants Fenerbahçe have n Saturday taken to social media, to send a message of well wishes to Real Madrid star Arda Güler.

As much, of course, comes as Güler’s Real prepare to take to the pitch in their latest European showpiece fixture.

In short order, Carlo Ancelotti’s troops will line out at Wembley Stadium, with the Champions League trophy on the line in a meeting with German heavyweights Borussia Dortmund.

Midfielder Güler, for his part, is set to take his place on the bench, but could well be afforded an opportunity to impress late in the action in London, if his manager’s recent comments are anything to go by.

And, as alluded to above, one club whose brass will be watching on closely in the hopes of as much come in the form of Fenerbahçe.

The 19-year-old departed Fener in his home country of Turkey for Spain’s capital last summer, since showcasing more than a couple of flashes of just what a special player he looks primed to develop into.

In a post across their social media platforms on Saturday, the Istanbul-based giants, in turn, unveiled a public message of support for Güler, with a view to tonight’s Champions League showpiece:

‘We wish success in the Champions League final to the apple of our eye, Arda Güler, who grew up in our infrastructure and proudly represents our country abroad. Come on Arda, our hearts and support are with you!’
