Genoa forward Felipe Caicedo is already undergoing his medical examinations in Milan ahead of his loan move to Inter, according to a report in the Italian media today.
As has been reported today by La Gazzetta della Sport, the Colombian is well on his way to becoming Inter’s second signing of the January transfer window after Robin Gosens.
Once he has completed his medical examinations he will then sign the contract and go into training with the team as soon as possible.
Simone Inzaghi is thrilled that the former Lazio striker is joining him at Inter to provide more cover in the attack following the injury to Joaquin Correa and Martin Satriano’s departure on loan to Stade Brest.
He is joining on a dry loan from Genoa after the two clubs came to an agreement on what percentage of his salary will be paid by Inter whilst he is at the club.
