An explanation for the anger showcased on the part of Real Madrid star Federico Valverde towards teammate Brahim Díaz during the club’s latest outing has tonight been forthcoming online.

Real, of course, were back in action a short time ago, making the trip to Son Moix for a La Liga meeting with RCD Mallorca.

When all was said and done, Los Blancos took another significant step towards the Spanish top-flight title, thanking a moment of brilliance on the part of Aurélien Tchouaméni for an eventual 1-0 win.

Both Valverde and Brahim, meanwhile, featured from the off for Carlo Ancelotti’s side, the former having seen out the entirety of the 90 minutes.

As alluded to above, though, en route to his side’s eventual triumph on Saturday, Valverde was left absolutely livid with his midfield partner.

This came owing to a stretch of play during the 2nd-half.

After Brahim lost the ball deep in the Mallorca half, the Moroccan international turned to complain to the referee, rather than attempt to regain possession.

Valverde, as a result, was forced to sprint over half the length of the pitch, to make a challenge of his own, and break up the ensuing Mallorca counter-attack.

From here, the cameras showcased the Uruguayan screaming in the direction of Brahim, making crystal clear his frustrations.

And, since, an insight into his exact message has been provided.

As confirmed by a host of sources, Valverde was actually furious with his teammate’s refusal to release the ball earlier, having been heard repeatedly shouting:

‘Toca el Puta Balón!’, translating as ‘Pass the f**king ball!’
