According to L’Équipe FC Nantes are looking to sign left-back Hakim Guenouche (22) in the summer from Austrian top tier side Lustenau. The former under-17 France international could join the Canaris for a fee around €500,000. It is also reported that Nantes could face competition from Union Berlin to sign the 22-year old, with the Germans aiming for his signature this winter.

Guenouche has played 16 matches in the Austrian Bundesliga so far this season, scoring one goal and registering one assist. He moved from AS Nancy to FC Zurich in 2018, where he then moved to Germany, finally ending up at Austria Lustenau in the summer of 2021 where he won the Austrian Meister Erste Liga in 21/22. He is also a former France U-17 international, having played 12 matches for the young Bleus.
