The young Senegalese forward heads to Belgium for a season of experience
Abdoulaye Agne Ba / RFC Seraing
Abdoulaye Agne Ba has signed a four-year contract with FC Metz before immediately being loaned out to RFC Seraing. The 21-year-old attacking player will compete in the Belgian second division for the 2025-2026 season.
Abdoulaye Agne Ba perfectly embodies the successful partnership between FC Metz, Génération Foot, and RFC Seraing. The young Senegalese striker has put pen to paper on a four-season deal with Les Grenats, tying him to the Lorraine club until 2029.
This signing continues the fruitful collaboration established between the Génération Foot Academy in Deni Biram Ndao and FC Metz. Trained initially at CS Clamart and then US Torcy, Ba joined Génération Foot two years ago to further hone his skills. His stint in Senegal proved decisive, as he emerged as one of the most promising talents at the academy run by Mady Touré.
RFC Seraing welcomes Abdoulaye Agne Ba with the aim of giving him playing time and a competitive environment. The player has expressed his excitement at discovering the Belgian league and contributing to the red-and-black squad. The Walloon club is counting on his attacking profile to bolster their front line.
