F.C. Internazionale Milano S.P.A. announces new appointments to board of members

MILANO, 24 February 2025 – F.C. Internazionale Milano S.p.A today announced key appointments to the Club’s Board of Directors. Two new Independent Directors, Diego Gigliani and Claudia D'Arpizio, were appointed as members of the Board at a Shareholders’ Meeting at San Siro stadium earlier today. These highly respected business leaders bring invaluable commercial, operational and sporting expertise to Inter as the Club continues to execute its long-term strategy of driving sustainable growth on and off the pitch.
Claudia D'Arpizio Claudia is a Senior Partner and the Global Head of Fashion & Luxury at Bain & Company. She also serves on the management consulting firm’s global board and is the Chair of its Committee for Talent and Culture. With almost 30 years of experience, she has advised Italian and international fashion and luxury clients on corporate strategy, marketing, new product development, acquisitions and divestitures, performance improvement, and organizational transformation. In recognition of her expertise, Consulting Magazine named her one of the "Top 25 Consultants in the World" in 2009, and Forbes included her among the "Top 100 Italian women leaders" in 2019.
Diego Gigliani Diego brings over a decade of experience managing and elevating football clubs around the world. Currently the President and General Manager of Major League Soccer team St. Louis CITY FC in the United States, Diego spent the previous ten-plus years with City Football Group and Manchester City FC. In his last role, he was responsible for leading the Group’s eight European, Latin American and Partner Clubs, which involved setting strategic direction, delivering Multi Club Ownership-driven synergies and delivering sporting and business results. Before starting his career in sports, Diego spent 13 years as a strategic management consultant with Oliver Wyman as part of the firm’s Telecom, Media and Tech practice and a Partner in its New York office.
Additionally, the Club’s Chief of Staff Massimiliano Catanese will join the Club’s Board of Directors and Chief Revenue Officer Giorgio Ricci will join the board of Inter Media and Inter Brand as the Club expands its commercial revenue streams and pursues innovative new ways to engage with Nerazzurri fans and partners from around the world.
