Wolves went back to the top of the FA Women’s National League Northern Premier with a Black Country derby win watched by over 800.
Northern Premier
Brighouse Town 1-1 Burnley (Att: 212) Wolverhampton Wanderers 3-1 West Bromwich Albion (Att: 823)
Wolves had to come from behind to beat West Brom, Phoebe Warner’ opener cancelled out in first-half stoppage time by a Anna Morphet penalty. Jade Cross and Amber Hughes then struck for Wanderers in the second half.
Brighouse held morning leaders Burnley, Monique Watson putting them ahead before Millie Ravening’s first half equaliser.
Southern Premier
Billericay Town v Gillingham (Att: 164)
Billericay jumped four placed to fifth with a win over Gillingham, Zoe Rushen, Jess King and Lucy Jones netting before a consolation for the Gills.

Leafield Athletic 2-2 Solihull Moors (Att: 78) Peterborough United 1-1 Northampton Town (Att: 205) Sporting Khalsa 7-2 Long Eaton United (Att: 70) Wem Town 0-6 Stourbridge (Att: 41)
Six-goal Stourbridge moved seven points clear at the top, second-placed Solihull rescued a point at Leafield where they had trailed 2-0. Sporting Khalsa’s 7-2 sinking of Long Eaton lifted them to third, while over 200 saw Peterborough and Northampton draw as Keir Perkins scored for the Posh in reply to a Alex Dicks strike.

Durham Cestria defeated Newcastle to leapfrog them into second spot, Poppy Pritchard and Sarah Burn their scorers with Ellie Dobson equalising in-between. Stockport edged Chorley 1-0 with a Kenedy Owen effort to climb three places to fifth, Merseyrail also won by the only goal at basement side Bradford as Charlotte Tyres lobbed the keeper with seven minutes left.
Division 1 South East
AFC Wimbledon 3-0 London Seaward (Att: 103) Hashtag United 13-2 Chesham United (Att: 45) Queens Park Rangers 2-1 Ashford Town (Att: 81)
Hashtag United restored their three-point lead at the top with a thumping 13-2 scoreline over Chesham, and were 4-0 up after only 10 minutes. Wimbledon moved within three points of third-placed London Seaward when beating them 3-0, Billie Brooks’ opener added to by an Ashlee Hincks brace. QPR had a home win over Ashford, who levelled after Brogan Moore struck first but Nicole Leys’ cross found the back of the net for a Rangers’ winner.
Division 1 South West
AFC Bournemouth 4-0 Southampton Women Portishead 0-3 Exeter City (Att: 75) Selsey 1-3 Moneyfields (Att: 105)
Exeter extended their lead to three points with all three goals at Portishead, two from Sarah Stacey and one by Connie Pengelly. Bournemouth beat Southampton Women to go second, a Lucy Cooper double followed up by goals from Helen Bleazard and Betty Barron. Moneyfields victory at Selsey with three first-half goals lifted them into the top half of the table.
