Fantasy Premier League 22/23 is now in its seventh week of fixtures, so here we have our tips for Game Week 7.
Game week six brought us another round of spectacular fixtures. We saw a cracker at Old Trafford, with Manchester United emerging victorious against Arsenal. We saw VAR controversy in the West Ham vs Chelsea game, with Maxwell Cornet’s late equaliser being ruled out in what was a dubious decision and we saw both Liverpool and Manchester City held, thus dropping more points. Just another standard week in the Premier League.
With great games, also came great performers and we saw many names accumulate some tasty points in FPL 22/23.
But now we look forward to Game Week seven and what this may hold for players. So, with this here are our tips for game week 7 in Fantasy Premier League 22/23.
Here are the next round of fixtures that are taking place in Game Week 7 in the Premier League, which were gathered from the official Premier League website.
Some intriguing fixtures in regards to FPL, that certainly could affect your decisions on which players to get in for game week seven.
Although Tottenham defenders have been reliable thus far, we’d highly recommend to take bench them as they take on Manchester City at the Etihad. We can’t see Erling Haaland being kept at bay.
A very attractive fixture looks like Fulham against Chelsea. Chelsea’s come back against West Ham should spur them on going forward, and we reckon they’ll definitely be goals at Craven Cottage.
Despite their defeat at the weekend, we also back Arsenal to bounce back well against Everton. Martin Odegaard, Gabriel Jesus and Gabriel Martinelli all excellent options for this fixture.
We’d recommend steering clear from West Ham and Newcastle. This one is really difficult to judge.
Providing you still have some free transfers at your disposal, here are our top picks for game week seven in Fantasy Premier League 22/23.
A man that looks revitalised under Erik ten Hag, Marcus Rashford showed his class against Arsenal with two goals. He looks like he’ll be the man to play up front for United this year, which is brilliant in regards to FPL as he’s listed as a midfielder. At 6.5m he’s a bit of a steal in our opinion. He did come off at the end of the Arsenal game with a slight limp, so make sure he is fit to play before you transfer him in.
Next up is another midfielder that’s operating as a forward for his club – Raheem Sterling. We anticipate goals at Craven Cottage and we assume Sterling will be amongst them. If you have some cash to splash he’s a great option going forward.
We backed him last week and we simply have to again this week. Ivan Toney looks lethal this season and proved his FPL worth with a hat-trick in match day six. He faces Southampton next who have conceded in every game they’ve played this season. If there are goals, Toney will probably be the source.
