Newcastle United‘s centre-half has started the season in style. He scored an absolute banger against new boys Nottingham Forest and kept a clean sheet – leaving him on a cool 15 points and topping the charts as the joint highest scorer in GW1.

Level with Schar – Pascal Groß is the joint top scorer in GW1 after he destroyed Manchester United in their own backyard with a brace, leaving Erik ten Hag with a defeat in his first-ever competitive game for the Red Devils.
