The Hoffenheim fan representatives have compiled all the important information in order to prepare you for TSG Hoffenheim's Bundesliga game away to FC Augsburg (Sunday at 15:30 CEST / Live Ticker at tsg-hoffenheim.de).

Travel and parking

Buses:

Buses can park in the away bus parking lot directly in front of the away block. The parking fee is €20 per coach.

Minibuses and cars:

There will be no separate away car park for cars and minibuses. You can use car parks P1 and P4 directly at the stadium (parking fee €10) or the car park at Messe Augsburg (parking fee €6, shuttle bus to the stadium included).

Wheelchair users:

The disabled parking area is part of the PD car park. Persons can park here free of charge if they can present an "Extraordinarily Walking Disabled" (aG) or "Blind" (BI) symbol in their disabled parking permit. If you have any further requirements, please get in touch with us.

Train:

From the main station, take the stadium line to the "Fußball-Arena" stop. The stadium line runs every five minutes on matchday from two hours before the match, and every 2-3 minutes after the match. The travel time from the main station is around 20 minutes. All match tickets are valid as tickets for local public transport (bus and tram) operated by Augsburger Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH (avg) in zones 10 and 20 (inner city) three hours before and after the match. Match tickets are not valid as travel tickets on regional trains and regional buses operated by the Augsburger Verkehrsverbund (AVV).

Fan paraphernalia:

The following materials are permitted in the away block for the game in Augsburg:

•   Flags and double-holders with a pole up to 1.5m in length. The flagpoles must be made of plastic. Wooden poles are not permitted.

•   Fence flags provided space is available

•   Drums (one-sided and visible interior)

•   8 swivel flags

Stadium opening and ticket office:

The stadium will open 120 minutes (13:30 CET) before the game.

There will be a ticket office on site.

Admission and blocks:

Entrance 5 is the away entrance. Access is exclusively possible via the entrance allocated on the ticket.

Gastronomy:

Food and drinks can only be paid for in cashless form by card (EC and credit card) or smartphone (Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bluecode and the like) at the respective sales kiosks.

Alcoholic beer will be served in the away block.

Drinks will be served in reusable cups; the deposit per cup will be €2.

It is not permitted to bring liquids over 200ml and food with you.

There is no pub or restaurant within walking distance of the stadium.

Alcohol limit and smoking ban:

Persons who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or whose behaviour is conspicuous may be denied entry. There is no smoking ban on cigarettes in the away block; however, the consumption of cannabis is prohibited in all stadiums in Bavaria. It is also forbidden to bring bottles or alcoholic beverages with you into the car park area.

Bags and rucksacks:

There is a free-of-charge drop-off point at the away entrance for bags, rucksacks and items that may not be brought into the stadium with you.

The following items are not permitted:

-   Deodorant and other spray cans

-   Power banks

-   Bags and rucksacks (with the exception of belt or bum bags)

-   Helmets and umbrellas

Photo and video cameras:

Compact cameras without professional interchangeable lenses are welcome, but professional equipment is not permitted.

Miscellaneous:

All fans wearing the TSG Hoffenheim shirts or gear are invited to explore the city of Augsburg and can choose between a free public city tour (Sat/Sun: 11:00/14:00 CET) or free admission to the Leopold Mozart House, the Brechthaus or the Fugger and Welser Museum. Tickets are available from the tourist information office or from the respective museum ticket office (subject to availability).
