BVB will play against 1. FC Heidenheim 1846 at 20:30 CET on Friday. Approximately 2,000 fans from Dortmund will support BVB at the Voith-Arena. We have compiled the most important info for all travelling BVB fans.

Arrival by train

  1. Free shuttle buses will run to the Voith-Arena from the main train station in Heidenheim / the neighbouring central bus station starting two hours before the game.

Arrival by car

  1. Address for your navigation system: In der Schwende 6 in 89522 Heidenheim
  2. The away car park is located at the SV Mergelstetten sports complex. From there, it is approximately 10 to 15 minutes on foot to the away block. The car park is free of charge.

Arrival by minibus

  1. Address for your navigation device: Heerackerweg 23 in 89522 Heidenheim
  2. The parking lot for minibuses is located at the "Baseball-Ballpark". From there, it is around 300 metres by foot to the away block.
  3. The parking lot is free of charge.

Arrival by coach

  1. Address for your navigation device: Heerackerweg 23 in 89522 Heidenheim
  2. Buses park directly by the entrance of the away block. Access is from above the Voith Arena via the "Baseball-Ballpark" or the "Heeräcker" FCH training grounds (see signs). Once there, follow the narrow road until you arrive directly at the away block. Stewards will direct you to the car park. The car park is free of charge.
  3. Due to the tight traffic situation in Heidenheim, it is recommended that you only leave the A7 motorway at exit 117 "Giengen Herbrechtingen".

Info on departure

In order to facilitate a speedy departure by car, minibus and coach, visitors are requested to leave the away parking lot, head in the direction of Mergelstetten via Buchhofsteige and join the motorway via the B19 in Giengen/Herbrechtingen.

Admission

  • The stadium will open at 18:30 CET. Please plan an early arrival.
  • The standing sector E1 and the seated places in blocks D2 and E2 are allocated to BVB fans.
  • The entrance is located in the south-west of the Voith-Arena.

Permitted fan items

  • 3 drums (already assigned)
  • 3 megaphones (already assigned)
  • 5 large swivel flags (pole length larger than 2m)
  • Small flags (max. pole length 2m, diameter up to 3cm)
  • Double-holders (max. pole length 2m, diameter up to 3cm)
  • Fence flags (provided space is available; not taller than 1.5m; may not hang over advertising hoardings)

Permitted items

  • Tetrapaks under 0.5 Litres (only alcohol-free drinks)
  • Belt bags, rucksacks and bags up to DIN-A4 size

Forbidden items

  • Weapons and dangerous items
  • Anti-constitutional, racist, xenophobic, extremist, discriminatory, right-wing or left-wing extremist propaganda material, even if it is not relevant under the provisions of criminal law; this may also include the wearing of clothing or the wearing of emblems or symbols on the clothing.
  • Pyrotechnics of any kind
  • Alcoholic drinks and drugs of any kind
  • Umbrellas
  • Photo and video cameras along with equipment of any kind
  • Rucksacks and big bags larger than DIN-A4 size. There will be a free-of-charge drop-off point at the stadium. Due to the small capacity, however, 1. FC Heidenheim asks that you leave rucksacks and bags in the car/bus wherever possible.

Info for a barrier-free stadium visit

  1. Fans in wheelchairs can park their car directly at the away entrance. A blue parking permit is required for this.
  2. The coverage for the visually impaired can also be received in the away sector; to this end, audio guide systems can be hired for a deposit.

Other information

  1. Please take note of the fan letter from the Ulm police.
  • In the home sectors at 1. FC Heidenheim, it is prohibited to wear clothing or fan merchandise from the away club. The stewards are authorised to intervene in the event of any such incidents and to remove visiting fans from these areas.
  • The emergency exits in the away block (stairs marked in blue) must be kept clear at all times.
  • Alcoholic beer is served in the away sector.
  • Fans with a national or local stadium ban are not allowed to enter the Voith-Arena. As a rule, they are allowed to stay by the buses in front of the away block.
  • It is only possible to pay in cashless and contactless form at the stadium.
  • Obviously intoxicated persons will not be admitted to the stadium. Random checks will also be carried out using a breathalyser.
