Ticket resales, travel and everything worth knowing

It can't get any better than that - a Family Day, a sold-out big match and some spectacular weather – everything is set up for a special home match against SK Sturm Graz this Sunday, 13 April (kick-off at 14:30). Getting there early will be even more worth it than usual this time, as there will be a lot going on ahead of the match at the west side of the Red Bull Arena. Let's start with the key details:

The match is a sell-out, but there is one last chance for tickets - ticket and season-ticket holders who can't make it can sell their tickets easily and legally on our official resales platform. Tickets offered via resales will be shown as usual in our Online Ticket Shop.
There will be a spectacular side programme from 11:30 centred around our club Family Day. The weather is expected to be incredible, making us all set up for a big match. Details on the schedule can be found below.
The stadium car park is operating at a reduced capacity due to building work, but you can park at P-DOC or use public transport in the Salzburg area for free.

On match day, the Ticket Info Points on the West and East sides are to open for you from 11:30 to help with any problems or issues with digital tickets.

Family Day

At the west forecourt of the Red Bull Arena there will be an incredible side programme from 11:30. A bungee trampoline, rides, a surf simulator and numerous other activities will ensure for no end of action. There will be food trucks there for hungry fans of all ages, with free popcorn and cotton candy for all children. From 13:00 at the Family Day area there will be an autograph session with Alexander Schlager, Maurits Kjaergaard and Bullidibumm! Entrance to the Family Day area is only permitted for people with a match ticket!

Travel

As always, we recommend making the most of the (free) public transport offering!

BY CAR/SHUTTLE The stadium car park opens from 07:00 but tends to fill up well ahead of kick-off time, and will be operating at reduced capacity on Sunday due to building work! From 11:15 our FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE will operate from the free car park at the Designer Outlet Center (P1 only) as well as Hanuschplatz in the city centre. The P Messe car park will generally NOT be available for our 2024/25 Bundesliga home matches!
PUBLIC TRANSPORT With your match ticket, you can travel for free on local public transport from six hours before kick-off until the last service of the day. That applies to all Salzburger Verkehrsverbund bus and train lines (in the federal state of Salzburg including the 260 corridor line as well as the entire Salzburg local train network to Ostermiething station) as well as the S-Bahn line to Freilassing train station. Match tickets are also valid in the same time period on the 150 line from Salzburg to Bad Ischl, the 140 line from Salzburg to Mondsee, the 156 line from St. Gilgen to Mondsee and the Straßwalchen line to Friedburg. Around the stadium

The fan park on the West Side of the stadium is open on matchday from 11:30. The autograph session will be a part of the Family Day.

To mark the Wings for Life World Run on 4 May 2025, there will be a Catcher Car on the West Side of the stadium. At an official photo station from Audi you can get some pictures there together with Karim Onisiwo from 13:30!
The Bullshop at the East Side of the Red Bull Arena is open from 12:30 until kick-off, and again for 45 minutes after the final whistle.
The stadium is to open 90 minutes before kick-off.

Please note that payment can only be made cashlessly at the Red Bull Arena's kiosks! All the usual credit and debit cards can be used. All the information on Cashless Payment can be found HERE.
There is a €2 deposit on cups. If you want to donate the deposit, cups can be left by exits and the proceeds donated to the Wings for Life foundation.

As a family-friendly sports ground with a significant children's and youngsters' area, smoking is absolutely forbidden at the Red Bull Arena. The only exceptions are the designated smoker zones around the stadium exterior.
