Reported AC Milan target Romain Faivre has given yet another intriguing interview regarding his future, strongly implying he is already thinking about his next club beyond Brest.

Faivre has made no secret about his desire to join Milan once the transfer window reopens after the failed pursuit during the summer, as he gave an interview recently stating that he is still charmed by Paolo Maldini’s phone call. He also dropped a strong hint that he is gearing up for the move, even claiming he has spoken to former Monaco team-mate Fode Ballo-Toure about the club.

New statements from Romain Faivre arrive. The young French attacking midfielder continues to wink at Milan. Here are his words in which he returns to talk about the failure to join the Rossoneri

Faivre has given an interview to Onze Mondial during which he spoke about his failed move to Milan over the summer, even revealing that he knew the Rossoneri made a concrete offer for him, with MilanLive relaying his quotes.

“I managed it calmly. It was a bit tough at first. But you can’t collapse, what do you do next? You have to go back to work immediately, you know that in this way Milan and maybe other clubs will return. The Rossoneri had offered 14 or 15 million, it is proof that they really wanted me,” he said.

Faivre is certainly continuing to show his talent as he has played on both wings and as an attacking midfielder for the Ligue 1 side, amassing six goals and five assists already this season.

“I think I’m responding well on the pitch for the moment. I play well and I have the numbers on my side. I hope we will be able to move up the rankings. The price of my transfer? Between 15 and 20 million euros.”
