Fabrizio Romano claims Tottenham Hotspur are looking to make two ‘important’ signings during the summer transfer window.
Ange Postecoglou bolstered his squad with the additions of Timo Werner and Radu Dragusin last month.
The Spurs manager has already overseen a sizeable rebuild at Tottenham but recent displays suggest there is plenty of work to be done.
Postecoglou was keen to land a new midfielder in January and Chelsea’s Conor Gallagher is already being lined up for a potential summer move.
But Romano claims that Spurs are also hoping to bring in a fresh face out wide too, with Pedro Neto and Raphinha on the club’s radar.

Speaking on The Debrief, Romano was asked about Tottenham’s reported interest in Barcelona star Raphinha.
“I think these are two players they always appreciated, always,” the transfer insider said. “Raphinha was already on Tottenham’s list when he was at Leeds and some people in the scouting [department] really appreciate him.
“I think it will really depend on what happens in Barcelona in terms of outgoings if they decide to put Raphinha on the market in that case for Tottenham it could be an opportunity.
“But not only for Tottenham I think there would be many clubs interested in Raphinha and Pedro [Neto] I think would be one of the names of the summer transfer window because there is interest from multiple clubs
“Also in this case, Tottenham appreciate the players so I would mention both as part of a potential list but in both places, nothing is advanced yet.
“I heard in the past few days on, I think the Spanish media, there was already an official bid from Tottenham for Raphinha, this is not the case. It’s too early.
“It will take time before Tottenham decide who is the player they really want but for sure they will add a winger to the squad in the summer and these two players are appreciated since a long time.
“I see Tottenham doing something important in that position in the in the summer transfer window and in the midfield too.”

Our recent defeat at home to Wolverhampton Wanderers highlighted the need for Spurs to add a different kind of option in attack.
Pedro Neto starred for Wolves on the day as he caused Postecoglou’s side plenty of problems with his direct style and pace.
Spurs are blessed with plenty of options out wide but none specialise in 1v1 situations.
Neto would certainly provide that and despite a wealth of personnel in the middle of the park, something just isn’t clicking for Postecoglou’s men in midfield at the moment.
There has been plenty of frustration over our recent performances, with some fans questioning Postecoglou’s approach in games.
Yet, it’s easy to forget the mess the Aussie boss inherited over the summer and the fact that he’s yet to build a squad in his image.
It’s refreshing to hear that the club are already planning to address two key areas of the XI ahead of the summer.
