FC Barcelona are never afraid of investing in promising talent and even taking risks if they have to. Ultimately, it is essential for the club to continue giving a platform to young players. In time, such young players often end up coming to the rescue of Barcelona.
However, not every talent that the club puts their faith in comes from their own youth academy. In fact, Barcelona are not against the idea of investing in young players from outside the club and allowing them to develop even more once they join.

Now, it seems that another promising young talent is on the club’s radar as well. According to the latest update provided by Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, Barcelona are now working to sign the younger brother of a player who already plays for the Catalan club.
Rayan Bardghji, still just 15 years old, is the younger brother of Roony Bardghji and is now a Barcelona target. With his current contract with FC Copenhagen running out soon, Barça believe it is a great market opportunity to sign this talented youngster.
His older brother, Roony Bardghji, was just announced recently by the club as their latest signing, and now he is also a target for La Blaugrana. While a previous report suggested that his signing had already been completed, it seems that negotiations are still ongoing.

However, Romano has stated that other clubs also remain keen regarding Rayan Bardghji. Moreover, with even Copenhagen reportedly wanting to reach an agreement over a possible renewal for the player who will turn 16 years old in November, the Catalan giants have a lot of competitors in this particular operation.
In other news, Barcelona have quite possibly shown their biggest leap of faith yet with Lamine Yamal’s new jersey number. Speaking of putting their faith in youngsters, the Catalan club has now entrusted Yamal with their iconic number ‘10’, and it is a privilege and responsibility that the Barcelona star will have to live up to starting next season.
