There are only a few days left in the winter transfer window and FC Barcelona are still working to get an offensive reinforcement for Hansi Flick’s team ahead of the second half of the season.

The Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford is the one most closely linked with the Catalan club. However, the Blaugranes will have to generate some funds to be able to land him, even though the player is willing to reduce his wages to materialize a loan move to Catalonia.

To generate these funds, Barcelona are looking to sell some of their first-team players, with Ansu Fati and Andreas Christensen being the two players who can depart before the transfer window closes.

Meanwhile, a Barcelona Atlètic, Unai Hernandez, has also been linked with a move away from the club, with Saudi Arabia’s Al-Ittihad emerging as a possible destination for him.

Additionally, another Barcelona Atlètic player, Pau Prim, is also set to leave the club, according to the reliable Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano. The 18-year-old defensive midfield gem has reportedly reached a verbal agreement to join Qatari side Al Sadd during the ongoing winter transfer window.

If this operation materializes, Barcelona will receive a significant cash injection from the Qatari side, where another former Blaugrana legend, Xavi Hernández, used to play in the twilight of his playing career.

However, while this operation can bring a significant injection of cash, it will also leave Barcelona Atlètic, which is currently standing only 1 point out of the relegation zone at this point, even weaker ahead of the second half of the season.

But Pau Prim has not been a player who has been called up by Hansi Flick a lot in the recent past, even though the German has shown that he is not shy to rely on academy talent.
