Wrexham are the lowest ranked side left in the competition and take on Championship promotion hopefuls Sheffield United.
The Blades are seeking re-entry into England's top flight but first have to see off the Hollywood-backed Welsh side.
The fifth round of the FA Cup draws to a close on Monday night when David Moyes takes West Ham to Derby.
