Tottenham Hotspur have welcomed two key stars back to the fold amid preparations for a mouth-watering derby showdown against Arsenal at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The Lilywhites are fifth in the Premier League table, six points behind Aston Villa with two games in hand.

With just six games remaining until the end of the season, Spurs are still in with a shout to finish in the Champions League places.

However, they must emerge from a hugely difficult run-in unscathed, starting with the visit of their arch-enemies, who are the favourites for Sunday’s contest.

In a massive boost to their prospects, Spurs have welcomed key duo Pedro Porro and Richarlison back into the fold.

However, Spurs will host the Gunners without a couple of first-team players, including Destiny Udogie, who has been ruled out for the remainder of the season.

Ange Postecoglou still has a competitive squad strong enough to cause Arsenal plenty of problems and potentially disrupt their Premier League title charge.

Predicted Line-up:

Guglielmo Vicario has played every minute of the club’s Premier League campaign and will continue between the sticks in search of his first clean sheet in five games.

Porro should reclaim his place at right back, displacing Emerson Royal, who stood in during the 4-0 mauling at Newcastle United.

Micky van de Ven and Cristian Romero should retain their places in the heart of the defence while Ben Davies fills in for the injured Udogie at left-back.

Postecoglou is spoilt for options at the base of midfield, but Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Yves Bissouma should get the nod on Sunday.

James Maddison was a standout performer despite Spurs’ shocking performance at St James Park and should retain his place in the number ten role.

Timo Werner has proven to be a decent addition but could be displaced by Heung-min Son on the left flank. The in-form Brennan Johnson should start on the right wing ahead of Dejan Kulusevski.

Richarlison is poised to lead the line, looking for his first goal since netting a brace in the 2-2 draw against Everton back in February.
