Top clubs around Europe are ‘enticed’ by Valencia midfielder Javi Guerra and Serie A duo Milan and Juventus have decided to join the race for the Spaniard, transfer pundit Matteo Moretto says.
The 20-year-old midfielder has shined in his first full season for Los Ches, scoring four goals and providing one assist in 19 La Liga matches, and has started to become one of the most exciting youngsters on the European scene.
Clubs across the continent have started to take note of Guerra. Newcastle United have already made contact to explore a possible move and Manchester United are also keen, as are Luis Enrique’s Paris Saint-Germain.
Italian transfer pundit Matteo Moretto told Fabrizio Romano’s Daily Briefing that Milan and Juventus have also set their sights on Guerra, interested in joining the race for the talented Valencia midfielder.
The Spanish side aren’t willing to let the 20-year-old leave in the middle of the season, so all the interested clubs will have until the summer to try and woe the starlet, who has a €35m price tag.
Guerra would prefer to stay in Spain, but failing that he’d be open to a Premier League move, leaving France and Italy as unlikelier destinations.
