In an exclusive statement to Foot Africa, Tunisian coach Ridha Jeddi praised the technical level of the African Nations Championship (CHAN 2024).

CHAN 2024 showcased a rather impressive tactical level, with well-organized defensive lines, strong defensive discipline, and teams demonstrating great adaptability. Morocco fully deserved to clinch their third title, finishing ahead of surprise finalists Madagascar, while Senegal secured third place. It was a tactically robust competition, highlighted by Morocco's maturity and Madagascar's emergence as a revelation.

He also pointed out the major revelations of this 8th edition of Africa's second most prestigious national team tournament.

In my opinion, the players who stood out at the African Nations Championship (CHAN 2024) were: Moroccan midfielder Mohamed Hrimat (Morocco, best player), Moroccan striker Oussama Lamlioui (top scorer), Senegalese goalkeeper Marc Diouf, and Madagascar's goalkeeper Michel Ramandimbisoa.
