Former Roma executive Ricky Massara is reportedly eyeing a return to the capital club.

In recent days, Massara – who parted ways with Milan earlier in the summer – met with General Manager Tiago Pinto before Sunday’s kick-off to Roma-Empoli.

According to calciomercato.com, the meeting served as an opportunity for the two parties to deepen their mutual interest in a reunion.

Massara remains a concrete option for Roma who are interested in further strengthening their sporting management.

The Italian director and Pinto agreed to meet again in the coming weeks to discuss further details for a future collaboration.
