Inter Milan midfielder Piotr Zielinski feels that the Nerazzurri can’t focus on Paris Saint-Germain just yet.
The Polish international gave his thoughts in a press conference after yesterday’s Serie A clash with Torino, via FCInterNews. He stressed that the team “still have another goal” to fight for.
Inter Milan take on Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League final at the end of the month.
That match in Munich could certainly be a season-defining one for both teams.
Inter are in the final for the second time in the space of just three seasons. Moreover, it also represents a chance to make up for the heartbreak of losing to Manchester City in the final two years ago.
However, Inter are not there just yet. They still have two more matches on the way in Serie A.
Next weekend, Inter face Lazio in Serie A. Then, the following weekend, the Nerazzurri play their final match of the league campaign, away to Como.

Then, there would be the possibility of yet another match in the league before the end of the season.
Inter could face Napoli in a head-to-head “playoff” for the Serie A table if the two teams are to finish level on points at the top of the league table come the end of the season.
Inter know that they just have to win their remaining matches and hope. And they’ve bounced back with consecutive victories against Hellas Verona and Torino.
“We knew that it wouldn’t be an easy match,” Piotr Zielinski said of the victory over the Granata yesterday.
“We and Napoli both believe in it. Then, obviously, we have to hope for a slip-up on their part.”
“Tuesday’s match was certainly incredible,” added Zielinski.
“We reached the Champions League final, which is huge for us.”
“Now we have to stay focused right until the end,” added the Polish international. “Because we’re playing for something important.”
