Jose Mourinho has a new job after being confirmed AS Roma manager.

However, the former Manchester United manager must wait before fully taking charge.

Mourinho won’t be in the dugout on Thursday night for Roma’s second leg clash against Manchester United, after being sacked by the Premier League giants two years ago.

He will begin his role at the start of the 2021/22 season, as per Roma’s official website.

The Serie A side made another announcement earlier today – that head coach Paulo Fonseca will leave the club at the end of the season. They’ve struggled of late, managing just four points in their last five league games and losing 6-2 in the first leg against United.

So, after losing his job at Tottenham less than a month ago, Mourinho has landed work elsewhere. A new shiny project for him to make worse.

With good experiences of Italy from his time at Inter Milan, where he achieved the treble, Mourinho will return in the colour of Roma.

List your predictions in the comments section for how long you think the next chapter of Mourinho’s career will last.
