Ex-Man Utd defender Silvestre urges fans to cut Rangnick slack

Former Manchester United defender Mikael Silvestre has urged fans to be patient with manager Ralf Rangnick.
United have won just three out of six Premier League games since the German took over the role, and he has struggled to implement his style on the squad.
Silvestre told Slingo Casino: "United's form is worrying but it's too early to judge Rangnick
"It's hard to come in as the fireman. It's been a mini crisis at United in terms of results and he needs more time to implement his ideas.
"He also needs to have everybody fit again. It's too early to judge. From what we can witness the players are supportive when they talk about the manager, so that's good."
Though hopeful Rangnick can turn things around, Silvestre admits he's not confident they can obtain a top four finish.
He said: "As much as I was confident of top four last season I'm not really at the moment.
"When I see that we haven't been controlling games for 90 minutes, that's a worry. Arsenal are in good form and West Ham are overperforming. It will be difficult but with that squad it's still possible."
