Ex-Juventus Defender Nicola Legrottaglie: “Inter The Strongest Team In Serie A Physically, Technically & In Decision-Making” | OneFootball

Former Juventus defender Nicola Legrottaglie feels that Inter are the top side in Serie A right now in all respect.

Speaking to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, Legrottaglie emphasized the view that the Nerazzurri are superior to their competitors in fitness, technical quality, and also in mental strength and decision-making.

This season Inter have looked like a well-oiled machine, getting the best out of their players who seem to always have the extra step on most opponents and always know where their next pass is.

This has led the team to the top of the Serie A table, two points clear of their closest rivals AC Milan and with a game in hand.

Legrottaglie feels that this is nothing more than they deserve, as the Nerazzurri have proved themselves to be the dominant force across the board based on their performances in the league over the first few months of the campaign.

“Inter are the best team,” he said of the top sides in Serie A. “They are strong mentally, physically, technically, and above all in their decision-making.”

He went on that “You can see that they never make errors, perhaps against Atalanta the last pass was missing but you can see that the team has evolved and are very strong.”

“I put them in the title race with Milan,” he added, “they will be the two sides left in the end, in my opinion.”
