According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, ex-Inter defender Milan Skriniar is a Juventus target for the January transfer window when the Bianconeri will be looking for a replacement for the injured Gleison Bremer.

Brazilian centre-back Bremer is expected to remain out of action for at least six months after sustaining a knee injury in the latest Champions League game against RB Leipzig last week.

The Slovakia international is struggling with playing time under Luis Enrique at PSG, having only collected 111 minutes on the pitch in the Ligue 1.

He has a high salary, €10m-a-year plus add-ons, but Juventus seem willing to discuss a possible deal with PSG.

During his latest interview with DAZN on Sunday, Juventus director Cristiano Giuntoli confirmed the Bianconeri may be looking for a new centre-back in the winter transfer window: “It is still very early to say, so we’ll see how the team reacts and if there are any opportunities in January.”

Other players, such as Arsenal centre-back Jakub Kiwior and Bologna‘s Sam Beukema have been linked with a January move to Turin to replace Bremer.
